Project: Carnaby Street, London – November 2023

The client wanted to refresh their restaurant without a prolonged closure. The project involved removing existing oak panelling from the walls on the ground and basement floors with the intention of reusing it. We stripped out the basement, including the floors and walls, and built a new kitchen area with hygienic cladding. We also installed Altro Stronghold 30 kitchen-grade flooring in the basement. The oak cladding was reinstated in a different layout, and we carried out decoration throughout the area. Electrical installations were completed across both the basement and ground floor. Additionally, we rebuilt the banquette seating with oak tops and painted and decorated the exterior of the premises. This project would normally take eight weeks, but we completed it in just 2.5 weeks, as the client required a quick turnaround.

Project: North London School – August 2024

A North London school required the refurbishment of 41 fire doors. We removed the old fire doors and reinstalled intumescent strips and new hardware, including stainless steel kickplates, handles, and locks—all fire-rated. We added new lippings to doors that had excessive gaps and were noncompliant. Each door was decorated with one coat of undercoat and two coats of satinwood paint, ensuring all doors were fully compliant with current regulations

Projects: City Point, London – July 2023 / Manchester – June 2024

The client required heavy-duty, removable blackout curtains for their restaurants due to an exclusive agreement with a global film production company. We installed 75 square metres of blackout curtains at the City Point location and 128 square metres at the Manchester site. The curtains, made of Faux Suede, were hung using a hook-and-panel system along the perimeter of the walls and throughout the restaurant. This created a safe, exclusive environment for film screenings, with the option to remove the curtains during normal working hours.
